CONSULTATIONS POLICY:

We offer specific services termed "Bridal Consultations" on this website, allowing you to schedule appointments with our Bridal Advisors, both domestically (within India) and internationally. To enhance your "Perfect Bridal Experience," you can register through the Registration Link, book a Bridal Consultation directly on our website, or chat with us over WhatsApp. Our registration process is swift, and free, and streamlines the booking process, enabling you to track orders conveniently.

Please take note that we do not accept responsibility for any consultations or orders placed, or refund claims made by minors, individuals with unsound judgment, unauthorized agents, or individuals otherwise incapable of initiating such consultations, orders, or refund requests.

  1. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Order Processing and Shipping Days:

  1. Orders are meticulously prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday. Please note that shipping will be processed on the next business day from the holiday. However, consultations can be scheduled on weekends, but not on holidays.

  • Order Processing Delays:

  • If inaccuracies or omissions in billing or payment information are encountered, there may be an additional delay of 2-3 business days in order processing.

  • Shipping Area:

  • Shipments originate from Indore, India, and cover all territories within India, except for PIN Codes not serviced by our Logistics Partner.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and indicated during order confirmation on the invoice. The price displayed on the estimate folio includes the shipping cost and accurately reflects the final charge.

  • Visits for Measurements, Trial, and Delivery: Our team will visit you in three stages:

  • Within 15 days after order confirmation for Measurements.

  • Within 45 days after the measurement stage for the Trial.

  • Within 15 days for Delivery.

NOTE: The address for measurement and trial should be the same, otherwise incurs additional charges.

  • Delivery Time Frame and Charges:

  • While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • No extra handling charges are imposed during delivery. Please do not make additional payments to anyone during delivery.

  • Advance notification calls will keep you informed about visits and approximate timings.

  • Delivery Protocol:

  • For Delivery: If nobody is present at the address the order will be marked as undelivered.

Subsequently, it will be rescheduled within the next 2 days, with extra charges applied if undelivered again. Detailed instructions will be provided for order collection in such cases.

NOTE:  The presence of the bride at the delivery location is essential for Bridal attire delivery.

  • Order Tracking:

  • You can track your order status through the "My Account" tab on our website's homepage.

  • During the Measurement, Trial, and delivery processes, our designer/stylist will arrive with the desired folio, and a signature is required as proof.

  • We do not request personal information during delivery. Caution is advised when disclosing information to individuals claiming to represent www.maakshi.com.

  • Orders are dispatched only after receiving payment, with the estimated delivery time calculated from the dispatch date.

  1. PAYMENT POLICY:

For orders with a total value below INR 1 lac, we require full payment upon order confirmation. Conversely, for orders exceeding INR 1 lac, we offer a structured installment payment plan:

  • Design Confirmation: After showcasing the design, an INR 1000/- fee is payable for any further design adjustments. This fee is adjustable in the final billing amount at the time of delivery and is non-negotiable.

  • Design Lock: After finalizing the design, an INR 4000/- fee is payable to initiate the production process. This amount is adjustable in the final billing amount upon delivery and remains consistent under all conditions.

  • Payment Structure for Orders Above INR 1 Lac:

  • 50% of the total amount is due at the time of Measurement.

  • 35% of the total amount is due at the time of Trial.

  • The remaining 15% is payable at the time of delivery, with an amount paid above INR 5000 being included in this final installment.

  • Payment Methods:

We offer various payment methods for your convenience, including:

  • Credit card/Debit card

  • Net Banking

  • UPI Payments

  • Wallet Payments

In case your chosen payment method is declined, please follow these steps for resolution:

  • Ensure that your credit/debit card details, such as card number, expiration date, billing address, and phone number, are accurately entered in Your Account.

  • Contact your bank for further assistance.

  • Reach out to us directly for prompt support.

We are committed to providing a seamless payment experience and are available to assist you with any payment-related concerns that may arise.

  1. RETURN/REFUND POLICY: 

  • Order Cancellation After Trial Commencement:

Once an order is initiated, cancellation or refund requests cannot be accommodated once the trial process has started. The full remaining amount must be paid.

  • Cancellation Within 3 Days After Measurement:

  • Should you decide to cancel the order within 3 days after the Measurement stage, a deduction of 10% from the total order amount will be applied (excluding INR 5000/- of Design confirmation and locking).

  • The remaining amount will be refunded in three equal installments over 3 months, without incurring any interest charges.

  • Additional charges may apply if design alterations are requested, based on the initially confirmed design at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation After 3 Days of Measurement:

  • In the event of a cancellation after the initial 3 days following the Measurement stage, the first payment installment will be non-refundable.

Our goal is to ensure that our return and refund process is transparent and equitable, providing you with the essential details needed to make informed decisions.

COMMUNICATIONS POLICY:

When you correspond with us via email, you are engaging in electronic communication. When placing a consultation with us, it is mandatory to provide a valid phone number. We may engage with you through various means, including email, SMS, phone calls, website notifications, or any other mode of communication. For contractual purposes, you hereby grant your consent to receive communications from us, including SMS messages, emails, or phone calls, about your order.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS POLICY:

We maintain the right to introduce Promotions, either individually or collectively, at intervals of our discretion. Although this Promotion Policy outlines our terms and conditions applicable to all our Promotions, we may also furnish separate terms for each specific Promotion. While opting to participate in our Promotions, we kindly request that, in addition to this Promotion Policy, you take the time to review and comprehend the terms that govern each Promotion.

Our Promotions may apply to specific ranges of products or have defined periods of validity. Regardless of the Promotion's term, it will remain in effect only until the specified date range, and we retain the unconditional right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time.
